AISCO Dangerous Goods Trainer
Dangerous goods training reimagined
The advantages of the dangerous goods trainer:
Designed for practical use by professionals
The AISCO hazardous materials trainer was specifically developed for emergency responders who need to react professionally to complex hazardous situations. Whether in the fire department, the THW (Federal Agency for Technical Relief), or industrial security – the modular training system offers realistic training scenarios for all hazardous materials requirements.
Individually configurable modules allow for the precise simulation of specific hazardous materials situations and operational patterns – from controlled substance releases to dynamic flame formation. This makes every exercise practical, relevant to real-world situations, and completely safe.
What can be trained?
- Situation assessment in hazardous materials accidents
- Training and effectiveness review
- Tactical training for hazardous materials accidents
- fire extinguishing training
- Rescue of people from tanks and containers after cleaning work
- Protection of emergency personnel in hazardous materials accidents
- Containing and containing leaking hazardous substances
- And much more...
Central element: The tank
The 7 m³ stainless steel tank, measuring 3.80 m in length and 2.90 m in height, forms the centerpiece of the training system. Equipped with a 10 m long rail system, folding railing, manhole, service hatch and integrated IR camera, it is ideally suited for realistic rescue operations.
An integrated compressed air system and practical plug-in connections ensure smooth handling. The equipment and tank size can be flexibly adapted to specific training requirements upon request.
Realistic leak training
Freely combinable leakage types enable realistic hazardous material releases with controlled fire simulation. A special dye additive makes escaping substances visible.
All types of leakage can be individually configured and precisely tailored to different training scenarios.
Leakage modules:
- Liquid Leakage Module
- Paint fluid leakage module
- Fire Leakage Module
- Combined leakage module
$$$$$$$, $$$ $$$$$$$
The simulated valve rupture at the tank front generates a three-stage horizontal flame up to 10 meters long, producing a maximum output of 10 megawatts. This creates an enormous heat buildup – ideal for realistic valve and firefighting exercises. The heat, noise, and limited visibility create realistic conditions that challenge and develop emergency personnel.
The effects can be safely controlled via the control panel and expanded modularly if required.
